Job Overview:

We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic digital marketing/advertising agency. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about visual storytelling. You will play a key role in designing eye-catching and high-converting marketing materials across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Create compelling visual content for social media, websites, email campaigns, ads, and other digital marketing materials.
Develop branding elements such as logos, typography, and color palettes.
Design engaging graphics, illustrations, infographics, and motion graphics (if applicable).
Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to create visuals that align with brand identity and campaign goals.
Ensure consistency in design across all digital platforms.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.
Manage multiple design projects and meet tight deadlines.
Optimize graphics for web and mobile experiences.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects is a plus).
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
Experience in creating social media graphics, web banners, and advertisements.
Knowledge of UI/UX design principles is a plus.
Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics is an advantage.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
Experience with Canva, Figma, or Sketch is a plus.
Understanding of branding and marketing strategies.
Portfolio showcasing previous design work.
