Office Maintenance:
Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of all office areas, including workstations, meeting rooms, and common areas.
Ensuring proper disposal of waste and recycling.
Restocking office supplies.
Errands and Logistics:
Running errands both within and outside the office, such as picking up deliveries, making bank deposits, or purchasing supplies.
Delivering documents or packages to different departments or locations.
Assisting with the setup and preparation for meetings or events.
Administrative Support:
Assisting with filing, photocopying, and other administrative tasks.
Answering phones and directing calls.
Greeting visitors and providing basic information.
Other Duties:
Assisting other administrative staff with various tasks as needed.
Maintaining inventory of office supplies.
Coordinating maintenance and repair of office equipment.
