Supervision and Training:
Supervise and train housekeeping staff, including scheduling and assigning tasks.
Provide orientation and ongoing training to ensure staff competency.

Quality Control:
Ensure all rooms and common areas are cleaned and maintained to high standards.
Conduct regular quality control checks to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to standards.
Develop and implement cleaning procedures and protocols.
Inventory and Supply Management:
Manage the inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
Order supplies and equipment as needed.
