We are looking for a proactive and experienced Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping operations at the resort. The ideal candidate will ensure that all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are kept in pristine condition to meet the luxury standards of our resort. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain a consistently high level of guest satisfaction.
Oversee and coordinate daily housekeeping operations across guest rooms, public areas, spa, poolside, and recreational facilities.
Lead, train, and supervise a team of housekeeping staff, including room attendants, public area cleaners, and laundry personnel.
Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness, presentation, and maintenance standards are upheld.
Handle daily scheduling, shift planning, and task delegation to housekeeping staff.
Maintain adequate inventory of cleaning supplies, linen, and guest room amenities; ensure timely procurement and proper storage.
Collaborate with Front Office and Maintenance departments to ensure seamless guest experience and quick turnaround of rooms.
Respond promptly to guest complaints and special requests with professionalism and urgency.
Uphold and enforce resort hygiene standards, safety protocols, and environmental sustainability practices.
Maintain accurate records of staff performance, room status, and inventory levels.
Train staff on grooming standards, cleaning techniques, and guest interaction etiquette.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality/Hotel Management preferred.
Minimum 3–5 years of housekeeping experience in a resort or luxury hotel, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
Eye for detail and a passion for cleanliness, comfort, and aesthetics.
Knowledge of eco-friendly cleaning practices and resort housekeeping trends.
Familiarity with housekeeping software and room management systems is a plus.
Physically fit and able to handle resort-scale property inspections.
