Housekeeping Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

1. Supervise housekeeping staff to ensure all assigned areas are cleaned and maintained as per company standards.

2. Ensure all staff follow proper grooming and hygiene standards.

3. Collect and verify documents of newly joined staff, maintaining proper records.

4. Conduct smooth shift handovers with the next supervisor, ensuring all tasks and pending work are communicated.

5. Inspect housekeeping materials, tools, and vehicles at the start and end of each shift.

6. Maintain proper documentation of all tasks, including checklists and daily updates via WhatsApp messages.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience in housekeeping supervision is preferred.

2. Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.

3. Ability to manage a team and handle shift rotations effectively.

4. Basic documentation and reporting skills.
