• Computer Operator with Basic Excel, Word

• Make Phone calls to customer.

• Must reply to consumer inquiries phone call

• Have to be detailed oriented with the business to understand customers queries.

• Need to escalate issues and seek advice when faced with complex issue/problems

• Must be able to suggest improvement ideas that decrease time, improved accuracy or

strengthen controls.

• Maintain a record of customers’ interactions, and manage customer’s accounts.
