We are looking for a Desktop Backup Support professional to provide IT support services .

Key Responsibilities:
Provide desktop and backup support for end-users at
Ensure regular data backups and troubleshoot any backup failures.
Assist with system restores, data recovery, and secure storage management.

Coordinate with IT teams and vendors for issue resolution.
Maintain detailed logs of backup and system support activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Hands-on Knowlege with Windows OS, troubleshooting desktops, and basic networking.
Strong understanding of data security, recovery processes, and cloud backup.
Good problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
