Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Desktop Support Engineer with expertise in hardware and
networking to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of
providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining
networking infrastructure. You will work directly with end-users to resolve technical issues
and ensure the smooth operation of computer systems and network connectivity.
Key Responsibilities:
 Provide on-site and remote technical support for desktop, hardware, and networking
issues.
 Install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware, software, and peripherals.
 Troubleshoot hardware and software problems and escalate issues when necessary.
 Perform system upgrades and ensure timely patch management.
 Ensure network connectivity and troubleshoot network-related issues.
 Assist with network setup and configuration, including routers, switches
Document support activities and maintain an updated inventory of hardware and
software.
 Provide end-user training and support on various systems and software.
Requirements:
 5+ years of experience in desktop support, hardware, and networking.
 Strong knowledge of desktop hardware, operating systems (Windows ).
 Hands-on experience with network configuration and troubleshooting.
 Experience with active directory, VPN, and security protocols.
 Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex technical issues.
 Excellent communication and customer service skills.
