Key Responsibilities:
Desktop Support:
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware, software, and peripherals.
• Provide first-line and second-line technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting operating systems, applications, and network connectivity.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in Active Directory.
• Ensure endpoint security and manage antivirus solutions.
• Collaborate with IT teams to support enterprise applications and resolve escalated issues.
Azure Support:
• Monitor and maintain Azure cloud resources and services.
• Assist in deploying and managing virtual machines, networks, and storage within Azure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Azure-based applications and services.
• Implement and manage backup, recovery, and disaster recovery solutions on Azure.
• Automate repetitive tasks using Azure tools like PowerShell, CLI, and Logic Apps.
Qualifications:
Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Skills and Experience:
• Desktop Support:
o Experience with Windows, Linux and Mac operating systems.
o Strong knowledge of desktop and mobile device management solutions.
o Familiarity with remote support tools and ticketing systems .
• Azure Support:
o Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services (e.g., VMs, Azure AD, Storage Accounts).
• Other Skills:
o Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
o Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
