Install, maintain and fix computer hardware and network systems
Provide technical information and help

Job Title: Desktop Support Engineer Job Summary: Provide technical support to end-users, ensuring smooth operation of computer systems, hardware, and software.

Key Responsibilities:

Address user tickets related to hardware, software, and networking issues.

Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.

Perform system updates, patches, and security configurations.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems both on-site and remotely.

Maintain logs of technical issues and solutions.

Assist users with technical guidance and training.

Requirements:

Proven experience in desktop support or a similar role.

Proficiency in Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments.

Knowledge of networking, antivirus programs, and system security.

Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.

Customer-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills.
