Install, maintain and fix computer hardware and network systems
Provide technical information and help

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Assist the IT Executive in managing servers, cloud platforms, and system
infrastructure.
✅ Monitor and maintain desktops, laptops, and network devices to ensure smooth
operations.
✅ Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for end-users.
✅ Support in installing, configuring, and updating IT systems and applications.
✅ Assist in cloud-based system management (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.).
✅ Perform data backups, security checks, and system updates.
✅ Document IT processes, troubleshooting steps, and system configurations.
✅ Help manage user access, permissions, and IT security protocols.
✅ Collaborate with teams to ensure optimal IT support and problem resolution.
✅ Stay updated on new technologies, cybersecurity threats, and best IT practices.

What We’re Looking For:

Basic knowledge of IT systems, cloud computing, and networking.
Familiarity with Windows/Linux/Mac operating systems.
Understanding of server management, virtualization, and troubleshooting.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under guidance.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Eagerness to learn and grow in the IT field.
Pursuing or completed a degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Duration of 6 months
