Install, maintain and fix computer hardware and network systems
Provide technical information and help

IT Help Desks Executive
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to user queries via phone, email, or ticketing system.
Provide technical assistance and support for issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
Diagnose and resolve basic technical issues, escalating more complex problems as needed.
Set up and configure new systems, laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
Maintain logs of issues and solutions using the help desk software.
Assist with user account creation, password resets, and access management.
Perform routine maintenance and updates on systems.
Follow up with users to ensure complete issue resolution.
Required Skills:
Basic understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
Familiarity with Windows/Mac operating systems.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks.
Eagerness to learn and grow in a technical environment.
Problem-solving attitude and patience.
Educational Qualification:
Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
