Scan InfoTech Pvt Ltd is seeking a Field Support Assistant.
As An Field Support Assistant you will get the opportunity to handle technical and other support services of our client.
You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' IT systems and infrastructure.
If you are willing to learn IT support, and handle problem-solving skill, and your someone who enjoys working directly with the clients we want to hear from you.
Also you will get opportunity to work for the large enterprise client.
Responsibilities:
You will get the opportunity to learn on-site technical support and troubleshooting services to clients.
You will get the opportunity to maintain accurate records of customer’s hardware Systems.
Candidate with Basic Excel skill will be an addition.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any field Or Any Graduate Can Apply.
Knowledge in IT support or a similar role will be an addition.
Candidate with Good communication in English will be preferable.
Candidate Should Be Ready For Travelling.
Candidate should be able to work On the Field.
