Position: Mechanical Supervisor
Location: Saudi Arabia
Salary: 3500-4500 FIXED

Free Food, and Accommodation provided by company
Minimum 3 years experience required

Key Responsibilities:
Team Supervision: Lead and manage a team of mechanical technicians, ensuring the efficient allocation of tasks and resources.
Maintenance Oversight: Supervise routine maintenance and emergency repairs on mechanical equipment and systems such as pumps, compressors, gearboxes, and HVAC systems.
Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Oversee troubleshooting of mechanical issues, ensuring effective repairs and minimizing downtime.
Quality Control: Ensure that all work is performed according to company standards and industry regulations, ensuring equipment reliability and performance.
Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and ensure the team follows safe work practices while performing mechanical maintenance tasks.
Resource Management: Monitor inventory levels of spare parts and materials, ensuring the availability of necessary tools and equipment for the team.
Project Coordination: Assist in planning and scheduling maintenance activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Training and Development: Provide training and mentorship to junior technicians, ensuring skill development and adherence to quality and safety standards.
