Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support project planning, execution, and monitoring. The ideal candidate will assist project managers, communicate with stakeholders, and ensure tasks are completed on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities:

 Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities.

 Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met.

 Maintain project documentation, reports, and status updates.

 Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders.

 Track project expenses and budgets.

 Identify potential project risks and escalate issues when necessary.

 Organize meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.

 Ensure compliance with company policies and project guidelines.

Requirements & Skills:

 Bachelor's degree in B.tech /Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role.

 Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

 Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

 Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana).

 Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

 PMP or CAPM certification is a plus.
