Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Pharmacist to manage pharmaceutical inventory, ensure regulatory compliance, and support healthcare professionals with expert advice. The role involves product procurement, sales operations, and government contract management.

Key Responsibilities

Pharmaceutical & Procurement Duties

✅ Market Exploration: Source products locally & online (Indiamart, Pharmarack) at the lowest cost with timely delivery.
✅ Stock Management: Maintain inventory levels and ensure proper storage of medicines & supplies, including daily stock checking and equipment inspections.
✅ Procurement: Source orders from local & out-of-state suppliers.

Regulatory & Compliance

✅ Ensure compliance with Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) & Drug Control Regulations.
✅ Maintain records for audits & inspections.
✅ Submit original supply invoices with Govt. authority’s sign & stamp.
✅ Adhere to the Model Code of Conduct for government contracts.

Sales & Operations (GeM Responsibilities)

✅ Handle GeM Bidding Operations, including:

• Sales & Marketing

• Purchase & Procurement - Purchase Inward, Sales/Rental Equipment Outward

• Delivery & Distribution

• Payment Collection

• Making Payment Receipts
  ✅ Outstanding recovery from Govt. offices within 30 days of delivery.
  ✅ Patient or Cash Invoices Payment Collection on an immediate basis.

Work Ethics & Responsibilities

✅ Follow MTP (Monthly Target Plan) and implement management suggestions.
✅ Take ownership of EcoMed projects & subsidiary companies.
✅ Provide a backup in case of absence to maintain workflow.
✅ Prepare & maintain daily reports in a structured presentation format.
✅ Daily reporting to the manager on work progress.

✅ Read & understand the leave policy before joining.
✅ Maintain confidentiality: No disclosure of company trade secrets/business affairs.
✅ No involvement in any similar business interest for yourself or family without management’s approval.
✅ Must be medically fit to work in both office & field conditions.
✅ 30-day advance notice required for resignation or compensation of two months' salary must be paid.

Salary, Benefits & Perks

✅ Fixed Pay (Tax deductions as per law)
✅ Salary disbursed on the 10th of every month
✅ Travel Allowance: ₹300 for 130 km (Ex-Station), Actuals for Outstation
✅ Food Allowance: ₹250 (Outstation Only)
✅ Stay Allowance: ₹400 (Outstation)
✅ Internet Reimbursement: ₹500 per month (for WFH)
✅ Laptop & Wi-Fi Required (WFH mode)
✅ 15 Paid Leaves Per Year (except GeM Trainee & Purchase Executive)
