Job Description – Home Collection Phlebotomist

Location: Chennai
Salary: ₹18,000 - ₹20,000 per month (In-Hand) + ₹50 per visit
Work Timing: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Home Collection Phlebotomist in Chennai to collect blood samples from patients at their homes. The ideal candidate should have strong venipuncture skills, good patient-handling abilities, and a professional approach to work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect blood samples from patients at their homes with precision and care.

• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and transportation of samples to the laboratory.

• Maintain hygiene and follow all safety and infection control guidelines.

• Provide excellent patient care and address any concerns professionally.

• Maintain proper documentation of collected samples and visits.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Diploma/Certification in Phlebotomy, Medical Lab Technology, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in blood collection (Home Collection experience preferred).

• Skills:

  • Proficiency in venipuncture techniques.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to handle patients with care and professionalism.

• Other Requirements:

  • Must have a two-wheeler for travel.

  • Punctual, responsible, and committed to the role.

Benefits:

• Fixed salary of ₹18,000 - ₹20,000 per month (in hand).

• Additional incentive of ₹50 per visit.

• Fixed morning shift – 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
