Basic requirement of the candidate in QC .

The day to day task will include the following:
1. Literature survey 
2. Formulation development and optimization for beverages/carbonated drinks- flavoured and unflavoured, electrolyte drinks, juices, functional beverages etc.
3. Raw material selection and sourcing
4. Lab testing and quality control
5. Product commercialization, cost analysis, scale up trials.
6. Stability study of beverages
