We are hiring a physically fit and hardworking Factory Helper for Lakshmi Concepts Pvt Ltd in Lucknow, Malhaur.

The position offers an in-hand salary range of Rs 7,500 to Rs 12,000 per month.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pasting Foam in Steel Panels

• Rubbing on Panels

• To assists installers on the site

• Assist equipment operators, carpenters, and other skilled workers when required.

• Load and unload construction materials safely.

• Follow supervisors’ instructions

• Attend on-the-job training and ensure site cleanliness.

Job Requirements:

Applicants must be at least 18 years old with a minimum 10th pass and relevant experience in the field. The role requires physical labor in various weather conditions.
