Roles :

1) Cafe Partner:

a) Age : 18 to 35

b) Qualification : 10th +

c) Skills : English Read

d) Salary : 16000/-IN HAND 20000 CTC + 500 Attendance Bonus

In hand 16000/- for first 4 months then 1000 increment then after 10 months 2000 increment. (Starting Gross - 16k to 20k for first 4months)

e) Other Benefits : 1800 in EPF, ESI + monthly Incentive.

f) Work : Cafe order regeneration, Cafe maintenance - Cleaning of cafe, Cafe stock arrangements, Food Packing.

g) Shift timing : Weekly rotation shift

(10am -7pm, 1pm - 10pm, 4pm- 1am,, 10pm - 7am) 1week 1 shift

Female - 7am to 4pm or 10am to 7pm 1 week 1 shift

WEEK OFF - 1 WEEK OFF WEEKLY ONECE ROATIONAL

Other information: Grooming standard - clean shave and shoes mandatory, Each cafe required 2 female maximum timings. Salary date month end last day & Over time will paid on double as per the requirement.
