Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain construction equipment and machinery.
Assist equipment operators, carpenters, and other skilled workers when required.
Prepare construction sites by removing obstacles and hazards.
Load and unload construction materials safely.
Follow supervisors’ instructions and assist craft workers.
Attend on-the-job training and ensure site cleanliness.
