Job Overview:
Benz Materials Handling Equipment is hiring a physically fit, hardworking, and technically skilled Technician for our facility in Guindy, Chennai. This role involves machine fitting, lifting, field service, and operating machinery such as drilling, welding, grinding, and milling. The ideal candidate must be familiar with all tools, capable of handling machine operations, and willing to travel for service work using a two-wheeler.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain machines (drilling, welding, grinding, milling, etc.)

• Perform lifting, fitting, and mechanical assembly work

• Handle and maintain various workshop tools

• Assist skilled workers and technicians with installation and repairs

• Travel to customer sites for field service and support

• Follow all safety regulations and supervisor instructions

• Maintain workplace cleanliness and safety

Job Requirements:

• Minimum age: 18 years

• Educational Qualification: Any

• Experience in machine operations, fitting, or field service preferred

• Must know the names and use of all basic tools

• Valid two-wheeler driving license required

• Physically fit and able to work in all weather conditions

• Punctual, dependable, and a good team player
