•Welder Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Perform welding operations on ship structures and components using MIG, TIG, or arc welding techniques.
2. Read and interpret basic fabrication drawings and welding symbols.
3. Assist in the preparation and setup of materials before welding.
4. Ensure welded joints meet quality standards and perform basic inspections.
5. Follow safety guidelines and wear proper PPE during all welding tasks.
6. Support repair and maintenance work on ships' metal structures.

️ •Fitter Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Assist in fitting and assembling metal components as per ship drawings.
2. Measure and mark materials for cutting or welding.
3. Operate basic hand tools and power tools for cutting, grinding, and drilling.
4. Align parts for welding and bolting during ship construction or repairs.
5. Support skilled fitters in layout and fabrication tasks.
6. Maintain cleanliness and safety of the working area.

• Electrician Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Assist in installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems on board ships.
2. Lay wiring and conduit under supervision.
3. Connect simple electrical circuits and replace fuses, switches, or lighting.
4. Read and follow basic electrical diagrams and instructions.
5. Conduct routine checks to ensure safe and functional electrical systems.
6. Follow electrical safety protocols and report any faults to senior technicians.
