Job Title: Junior Associate (Legal)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Junior Associate (Legal) to join our team, responsible for supporting day-to-day legal operations, including contract drafting and review, legal research, compliance management, and documentation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Draft, review, and vet Loan Agreements, Banking Agreements, and other similar documents
- Assist in planning, research, and compliance management
- Support the team in maintaining high standards of efficiency and quality

Requirements:

- Hands-on experience in drafting, reviewing, and vetting legal documents
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Requisite legal knowledge and understanding

Candidate Should be from NBFC or Banking background will be considerable
