Providing legal advice and guidance on all kinds of legal matters
Ensuring compliance of laws and regulations for all operations in an organization
Test plumbing system for safety and functionality

Labour Law Compliance: Ensure company policies and procedures comply with all applicable labour laws and regulations.

Handling Labour Disputes: Represent the company in labour courts, tribunals, and conciliation proceedings.

Legal Documentation: Draft and review employment contracts, termination letters, and legal notices.

Litigation Management: Coordinate with external legal counsel for handling labour disputes and provide necessary documentation.

Disciplinary Actions: Advise HR on disciplinary actions, misconduct cases, and employee grievances.

Union & Employee Relations: Manage relations with trade unions, handle negotiations, and ensure compliance with Industrial Disputes Act.

Statutory Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulations like EPF, ESI, Gratuity, and Workmen’s Compensation Act.

Legal Research: Keep updated with labour laws, amendments, and government notifications.

Internal Advisory: Provide legal opinions on employment issues, contract labour, retrenchment, and employee benefits.

Policy Formulation: Assist in drafting company policies related to HR and labour laws.
