Key Responsibilities:
1. CNC Turret Punch Programming and Operation:
• Program and operate CNC turret punch machines, ensuring precise fabrication of metal parts according to technical specifications.
• Optimize machine settings for enhanced productivity and reduced waste using advanced nesting techniques.
2. Laser Cutting Programming (Advantageous):
• If experienced, also program and operate laser cutting machines, complementing turret punch operations to maximize production efficiency.
• Apply knowledge of laser programming to expand the variety and complexity of products manufactured.
3. Maintenance and Efficiency Improvements:
• Conduct regular maintenance and minor repairs on turret punch and, if applicable, laser cutting machinery.
• Identify and implement efficiency improvements, reducing downtime and increasing output.
4. Quality Control and Assurance:
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet all quality standards and client specifications.
• Make necessary adjustments to programming and machine operation based on quality feedback.
5. Documentation and Process Optimization:
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of machine settings and production outputs.
• Utilize production data to refine processes and report findings to the Production Manager for strategic planning.

Qualifications:
• Diploma or ITI in Mechanical Engineering, Machine Tool Technology, or a similar field.
• 3-5 years of experience in programming and operating CNC turret punch machines.
• Knowledge of laser programming and operation is highly desirable and will be considered an advantage.

Skills:
• Proficient in CAD/CAM software specific to CNC machining and, ideally, laser cutting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Compensation:
• Monthly Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹30,000, commensurate with experience and additional skills in laser programming.
