Key Responsibilities:
Program, set up, and operate CNC machines (e.g., mills, lathes, routers, etc.).
Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and CAD/CAM files.
Select appropriate tools, speeds, and feeds for machining operations.
Monitor machine operations to ensure high-quality output and troubleshoot issues.
Perform quality checks using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools.
Maintain and perform routine maintenance on CNC machines.
Collaborate with engineers, designers, and production teams to optimize processes.
Adhere to safety protocols and company production standards.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a CNC Machine Operator and/or Programmer.
Proficiency in CNC programming languages such as G-code and M-code.
Familiarity with CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Fusion 360, AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
Strong understanding of machining processes, materials, and tooling.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
