# Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced CNC/VMC Setter Cum Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC/VMC machines to produce high-quality parts and components.

# Key Responsibilities
1. Set Up and Operate Machines: Set up and operate CNC/VMC machines, including loading programs, setting tool offsets, and adjusting machine parameters.
2. Read and Interpret Blueprints: Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications to understand production requirements.
3. Inspect Parts and Components: Inspect parts and components for quality and accuracy, using measuring instruments and inspection equipment as needed.
4. Troubleshoot Issues: Troubleshoot issues with machines, programs, or parts, and take corrective action to resolve problems.
5. Maintain a Clean and Safe Work Environment: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including following safety protocols and reporting any hazards or incidents.
6. Assist in Programming: Assist in programming CNC/VMC machines, including developing and editing programs using CAM software.
7. Meet Production Targets: Meet production targets, including ensuring timely completion of parts and components.
