Job description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of mechanical technicians and workers.
Oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of mechanical equipment and systems.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve mechanical issues.
Plan and schedule preventive maintenance to avoid equipment breakdowns.
Collaborate with engineers and project managers to improve mechanical efficiency.
Train and guide junior technicians and workers.
Maintain records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory.
Troubleshoot mechanical failures and recommend improvements.
Skills & Qualifications:

✅ Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
✅ 3+ years of experience in mechanical maintenance or supervision.
✅ Strong knowledge of mechanical systems,PPC
✅ Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
✅ Leadership and team management skills.
✅ Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
✅ Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices
