Job Title: Liquide Spray Painter - Bicycle Painting and Phosphating Process Company Name: Joywheels Location: Surajpur Site C, Greater Noida Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and skilled Production Man to join our team in the bicycle painting and phosphating process department. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all bicycle frames and components are properly painted and phosphated to meet quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Painting Process: 1. Paint Application: Apply paint to bicycle frames and components using various painting techniques and equipment (Spray and powder coating). 2. Hand skill liquid spray painting and knowledge of paint mixing. 2. Paint Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure that all painted parts meet quality standards. 3. Paint Booth Maintenance: Maintain the paint booth and equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety. Phosphating Process: 1. Phosphating Application: Apply phosphating solution to bicycle frames and components using various techniques and equipment. 2. Phosphating Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure that all phosphated parts meet quality standards. 3. Phosphating Tank Maintenance: Maintain the phosphating tank and equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety. Requirements: 1. Qualifications: 12+ Or ITI or diploma in a relevant field (e.g., painting, phosphating, or industrial engineering). 2. Experience: 3-7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a bicycle manufacturing or related industry. 3. Skills: Excellent hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, and physical stamina. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Computer knowledge must.
