We are a US based company, involved with precision machining and assembly of various engineered parts for export to the US and UK.


Job Summary
Our experienced Manufacturing Manager will have extensive manufacturing background in CNC machining, working knowledge and experience on a variety of CNC machines and controls, cutting hard and soft metals, plastics, inspections and overall manufacturing knowledge.

Job Duties
Essential Functions
• Responsible for delivering projects on time in full consistently.
• Oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
• Direct and coordinate activities of business or department concerned with production.
• Establish and maintain preventive maintenance program(s) for equipment.
• Establish and maintain quality control standards to ensure product consistency and compliance.
• High level of involvement and problem solving, in managing all aspects of manufacturing expectations.
• Be able to perform multiple tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously while preforming other duties as assigned.
• Prepare staff work schedules and assign specific duties.
• Ability to evaluate machines, materials, and processes and provide guidance in troubleshooting and repairs.
• Maintain inventory of raw material, supplies and operatives.

• Proficient in the use of computers and programs to include Microsoft Office and ERP
