Skills:
1. Possess a strong foundation of knowledge in operations (Daily Production / Cycle Time / Lead Time/ Throughput calculation & monitoring on excel sheets).
2. Skills like negotiation, problem-solving and leadership is a must.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication and strong interpersonal communication
4. Knowledge of MS Office
5. Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach

Job Description & Key responsibilities:
1. Serve as liaison between the management and client as well as the team working at site and act as a valuable member of the organization.
o Understanding client requirements and communicating it to the management
o Tracking and monitoring raw material consumption (shots / any other media) as against production data on a DAILY basis and reporting the same to management on excel database
o Ensuring everything runs smoothly in day-to-day production activities and with best practices
o Report any quality issues at client site and resolving them within stipulated time frame
o Meeting deadlines for machine installation and machine trial at customer end
o Resolve any issues / conflicts arising in the client and management’s interest
2. Monthly Visit / Audit to each site
o Monitor health of machines deployed at all sites (NCR Region)
o Inventory Management (Hard and soft spares / shots)
o Ensuring cleanliness at Shot Blasting area on site (5S to be achieved)
3. MIS Reporting
o Daily production data for ALL sites on excel to be shared with operations head
o Shot / other media consumption on excel to be shared to store dept.
o Inventory planning on excel to be shared to store dept.

4. Raw Material Handling
o Setting clear requirement of raw materials at EACH site
o Communicate any need of extra raw material or spares to Operations Team and facilitate the same timely.
5. Resource Planning (in coordination with Human Resource team & Operations head)
o Scheduling maintenance Activity with Maintenance Site Supervisor
o Planning Maintenance & reviewing execution quality of Maintenance Site Supervisor
6. Quality Control
o Understanding client requirement and expectations in terms of quality so as to develop effective quality control processes
o Maintain record of test certificates (Shots) and furnish the same to client timely
7. Handling employee grievances (related to operations, shortage of resources or any other)
o Problem Solving
o Leading DAILY meetings (on call / personal whenever possible) with supervisors to manage procedures and understand issues arising at site
8. Conducting Team Training with proper systems (in coordination with Operations Team, Training / HR Team and Supervisors)
