Producing quality goods on a large scale using machinery and labor
Sorting and packaging of products

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Control & Production Management: Ensure product quality and adherence to company standards while monitoring production schedules to meet deadlines and optimize efficiency.

Safety & Compliance: Maintain safety standards, enforce workplace regulations, and create a secure working environment for employees.

Process Improvement & Efficiency: Implement continuous improvements to enhance productivity, minimize delays, and optimize workflows.

Machinery & Equipment Maintenance: Ensure regular servicing and maintenance of equipment to prevent downtime and ensure smooth operations.

5S & Workplace Organization: Enforce 5S principles (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) to maintain a clean and efficient workspace.

Record Keeping & Performance Monitoring: Maintain accurate production records, track employee performance, and report progress to management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.

Strong understanding of machining processes, surface finishing techniques, and quality control principles.

Experience with 5S implementation and process improvement methodologies.
