- Producing quality goods on a large scale using machinery and labor
- Sorting and packaging of products
Drawing, Reading proper, Instrument Knowledge, (Like Vernier, Micrometer, bore gauge)
Diploma Mechanical Engineer with Min. 1+ Year of experience as QC Engineer. Do the incoming inspections of drawing parts using appropriate methods as per drawings or inspection parameters.
Key Responsibilities:
• The Quality Control Engineer will be responsible for ensuring all products meet quality and safety standards by performing inspections testing materials and finished products
• Monitoring production processes and working closely with Quality Control and Production teams. Developing and implementing quality standards.
• Developing and implementing quality control systems.
• Monitoring and analysing quality performance.
• Inspecting and testing materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met.
• Collaborating with operations managers to develop and implement controls and improvements.
• Ensuring that workflows, processes, and products comply with safety regulations.
• Investigating and troubleshooting product or production issues.
• Developing corrective actions, solutions, and improvements.
• Reviewing codes, specifications, and processes.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
