Producing quality goods on a large scale using machinery and labor

Inspect hot-forged components to ensure compliance with standards.
Examine dies for wear, cracks, and defects, recommending corrective actions.
Use precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, CMM, hardness testers) to assess accuracy.
Monitor the forging process, identifying and resolving quality issues.
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, or related field.
3+ years of experience in hot forging and die inspection.
Strong knowledge of forging processes and die maintenance.
