Job Title: Research and Development (R&D) Executive

Location: New dehli ,munduka
Department: Research & Development
Reports To: R&D Manager / Head of R&D

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented R&D Executive to join our dynamic research team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting the development of new products, improving existing products, and conducting innovative research to drive business growth and technological advancements.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive research to support new product development and process improvements.
Assist in designing, planning, and executing experiments to validate product concepts.
Analyze data from experiments, prepare detailed reports, and present findings to stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, production, quality assurance, and regulatory departments.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and scientific advancements.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain proper documentation of R&D activities.
Support the development of prototypes and conduct performance testing.
Identify areas for innovation and contribute ideas to enhance product quality and efficiency.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in [Relevant Field: Science, Engineering, Technology, Biotechnology, etc.].
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and presentation skills.
Preferred Skills:

Hands-on experience in [specific industry: pharmaceuticals, FMCG, biotechnology, software, etc.].
Knowledge of laboratory techniques, product testing methods, and regulatory guidelines.
