Job Overview:
IBHI is looking for a skilled Third-Party E-Commerce Portal Manager to handle the listing, management, and optimization of our products on national and international e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Etsy, and others. The ideal candidate should have experience in product catalog management, pricing strategies, and performance analysis across multiple online marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Listing & Optimization:
• Upload and manage product listings on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Etsy, eBay, and other marketplaces.
• Ensure all listings have accurate descriptions, high-quality images, and relevant keywords for better search visibility.
• Optimize titles, bullet points, and backend keywords to improve ranking and discoverability.
2. Inventory & Order Management:
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely product availability.
• Sync inventory across multiple platforms to prevent stockouts or overselling.
• Process and track orders, returns, and cancellations efficiently.
3. Pricing & Promotions Strategy:
• Analyze competitor pricing and optimize IBHI’s pricing strategies to stay competitive.
• Set up and manage discounts, coupons, and promotions on various platforms.
• Monitor platform fees, commissions, and margins to maximize profitability.
4. Marketplace Compliance & Account Health:
• Ensure all product listings comply with marketplace guidelines and policies.
• Monitor seller account health metrics (performance, reviews, return rates) and take corrective actions if needed.
• Handle any listing suspensions, policy violations, or account-related issues.
5. Performance Tracking & Reporting:
• Analyze sales data, traffic, and conversion rates to track performance.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports on product performance and suggest improvements.
• Identify new opportunities for expansion into other online marketplaces.
6. Customer Interaction & Reviews Management:
• Respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Monitor and improve customer ratings & reviews for better credibility and sales.
• Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and reduce negative feedback.
