Job Summary:
We are looking for an E-commerce Manager to handle our business on online shopping platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Snapdeal, and Meesho. The person in this role will be responsible for managing product listings, increasing sales, handling inventory, running ads, and improving customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing Online Stores:
Upload and update product listings with correct details, images, and prices.
Ensure all products are visible and easy to find for customers.
Keep track of sales performance and suggest improvements.
Boosting Sales & Revenue:
Plan and execute discounts, promotions, and special offers.
Analyze competitors and market trends to stay ahead.
Work on improving product rankings and visibility.
Inventory & Order Management:
Make sure products are always available and restocked on time.
Work with the warehouse and logistics team to process orders smoothly.
Handle customer returns and complaints efficiently.
Advertising & Marketing:
Run paid ad campaigns on Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra to attract more buyers.
Optimize ads to get the best results with minimum spending.
Use SEO (keywords) to improve product search rankings.
Customer Service & Reviews Management:
Respond to customer queries and complaints on all platforms.
Encourage happy customers to leave positive reviews.
Work on improving brand reputation through excellent service.
Tracking & Reporting:
Monitor sales, ad performance, and customer behavior.
Prepare reports and suggest strategies to increase revenue.
Track important metrics like click rates, conversion rates, and return rates.
Requirements:
Experience: 3+ years of experience managing online marketplaces.
Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Understanding of Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Snapdeal, and Meesho seller platforms.
Knowledge of SEO, online ads, and marketplace algorithms.
Good at analyzing data and making reports (Excel, Google Analytics, etc.).
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in managing fashion, electronics, or FMCG products.
Knowledge of PPC ads, A+ Content, and product branding.
Familiarity with influencer marketing and affiliate promotions.
