Create campaigns, conduct market research and develop advertising strategies
Build brand's image and awareness
Fix parts and equipments of different brands

Key Responsibilities:

Identify potential clients and generate leads for ad sales

Pitch advertising solutions to brands, businesses, and agencies

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Assist in creating customized proposals and media plans

Collaborate with internal teams (creative, marketing, operations) to execute campaigns

Stay updated on industry trends, market competition, and new opportunities

Meet or exceed monthly sales targets

Required Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities

Basic understanding of advertising and marketing concepts

Self-motivated and target-oriented

Good with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field

Internship or project work in media/sales is a plus, but not mandatory
