Job Title: Junior Marketing Executive (General Trade) – Plastic Manufacturing Industry
Location: HO
Department: Marketing & Sales
Reports To: Marketing Manager / Sales Head
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Junior Marketing Executive (General Trade) to join our team in the plastic manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will assist in executing marketing strategies, building relationships with distributors and retailers, and driving sales growth in the general trade sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
• Assist in developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies for general trade.
• Identify and approach potential distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
• Support in achieving sales targets and expanding the customer base.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
Marketing & Promotions:
• Assist in planning and executing trade promotions, campaigns, and branding activities.
• Coordinate with distributors and retailers to ensure product visibility and placement.
• Work with the marketing team to create promotional materials and sales presentations.
• Conduct market research and customer feedback analysis to enhance marketing efforts.
Customer Relationship Management:
• Maintain strong relationships with existing distributors, retailers, and clients.
• Address customer inquiries and provide product information to enhance brand awareness.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and issues.
Operational & Reporting Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate records of sales, promotions, and customer interactions.
• Provide weekly/monthly sales and marketing reports to the management team.
• Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Requirements:
Education & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in sales/marketing, preferably in the plastic manufacturing or FMCG sector.
• Fresh graduates with a strong passion for marketing and sales may also apply.
Skills & Competencies:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of sales techniques and marketing principles.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel for market visits and client meetings.
