We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Wine Sales Executive with 1–3 years of sales experience to join our client growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for wine, a customer-first mindset, and a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. You’ll be responsible for driving sales, building client relationships, and promoting our wine portfolio across assigned territories.
Identify and develop new business opportunities
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored wine solutions.
Promote the company’s wine portfolio through tastings, events, and regular client visits.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market feedback.
Coordinate with the marketing and logistics teams to ensure timely promotions and deliveries.
Educate clients on wine products, vintages, pairings, and trends.
Prepare regular sales reports and market analysis for management review.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or wine industry prefered .
1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in wine, beverages,
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Passion for wine and basic knowledge of wine types, regions, and tasting techniques.
Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
