Job Title: Influencer Marketing Executive
Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic Influencer Marketing Executive with excellent communication and persuasion skills to drive our influencer partnerships. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in social media, adept at finding nano and macro influencers, and comfortable with cold calling when needed. A background in the gaming industry would be a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
• Influencer Identification & Outreach: Use social media platforms and relevant hashtags to identify and connect with nano and macro influencers.
• Cold Calling & Relationship Building: Reach out to influencers as needed and establish strong professional relationships.
• Negotiation & Collaboration: Negotiate contracts and partnerships with influencers to ensure a mutually beneficial collaboration.
• Campaign Management: Track influencer performance and maintain accurate data records to measure campaign success.
• Industry Research: Stay updated on the latest trends in influencer marketing and the gaming industry to optimize strategies.
Requirements:
• Strong convincing and communication skills.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and hashtag research.
• Basic knowledge of the gaming industry (preferred).
• Confidence in cold calling and influencer outreach.
• Strong negotiation skills to close deals effectively.
• Ability to track and analyze influencer data for reporting.

Salary: 20,000 to 25,000 + Performance bonus+ weekly Incentive
