Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Field Executive to promote our Air Ambulance Services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with hospitals, healthcare professionals, travel agencies, and emergency response units. The role involves field visits, client meetings, and implementing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote air ambulance services.

Identify and establish relationships with hospitals, clinics, doctors, insurance companies, embassies, and corporate clients.

Conduct regular field visits to potential clients and partners.

Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and attending relevant events.

Educate clients on air ambulance services, emergency medical evacuation, and patient transfer solutions.

Collaborate with the digital marketing team to execute campaigns and enhance brand awareness.

Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.

Maintain records of sales, client interactions, and follow-ups.

Prepare market analysis reports to identify trends and opportunities.

Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.

1-3 years of experience in sales/marketing, preferably in healthcare, aviation, or emergency services.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to travel extensively within the designated region.

Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Knowledge of air ambulance services and emergency medical evacuation is a plus.

Fluency in English and local languages is preferred.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Valid driving license and own vehicle preferred.
