Create campaigns, conduct market research and develop advertising strategies
Build brand's image and awareness
Fix parts and equipments of different brands

Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and implement monthly, quarterly, and yearly marketing plans aligned with
business goals.
● Forecast annual business growth and design strategies to meet enrollment targets.
● Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing executives to ensure efficient
execution of campaigns.
● Identify, develop, and expand new business opportunities through partnerships,
collaborations, and outreach programs.
● Strategize and execute brand-building activities to establish the institute as a leader in
competitive exam preparation.
● Plan and oversee on-field marketing initiatives, including school/college visits,
education fairs, and career counseling sessions.
● Drive student and parent engagement through digital marketing, social media, and
traditional marketing efforts.
● Track market trends, competitor activities, and student behavior to optimize marketing
strategies.
● Collaborate with sales and counseling teams to ensure a seamless student enrollment
experience.
● Monitor, analyze, and report marketing performance metrics to assess ROI and optimize campaigns accordingly.
