confidently. We are a growing brand focused on practical, stylish fixes for wardrobe and
fashion dilemmas.
We are looking for a Marketing Manager to oversee brand communication, marketing
execution, and advertising across digital platforms and marketplaces. This role requires
strong coordination skills to ensure smooth communication between the social media team,
design team, and online sales team, ensuring marketing efforts are well-planned and
effectively implemented.
Key Responsibilities
● Marketing Coordination & Execution
○ Act as the key link between the marketing, design, and online sales teams,
ensuring clear communication and smooth execution of marketing activities.
○ Oversee marketing requirements across different platforms and ensure
campaigns are aligned with brand objectives.
○ Manage marketing calendars, deadlines, and execution plans.
● Brand Communication & Advertising
○ Ensure consistent brand messaging across social media, online marketplaces,
and digital ads.
○ Work with designers to develop marketing materials, creatives, and ad content.
○ Assist in planning and executing advertising campaigns, including paid
promotions, influencer collaborations, and content strategies.
● Social Media & Content Support
○ Coordinate with the social media team to ensure engaging content is published
on time.
○ Monitor social media trends and feedback to refine content strategy.
○ Assist in brainstorming new campaign ideas and creative marketing
approaches.
● E-commerce & Marketplace Marketing
○ Work with the online sales team to optimize product listings, promotions, and
digital advertising on platforms like Amazon and Flipkart.
○ Ensure product descriptions, images, and marketing materials are aligned
across all sales channels.
○ Track marketplace campaigns and promotions to ensure marketing effectiveness.
● Performance Monitoring & Reporting
○ Track marketing performance using analytics tools and report key insights.
○ Identify areas for improvement and suggest changes to improve engagement and
conversions.
○ Stay updated on industry trends to bring fresh ideas to the team.
Ideal Candidate
● 3+ years of experience in marketing, brand communication, or digital marketing.
● Strong coordination and project management skills to oversee multiple teams and
tasks.
● Experience with social media management, e-commerce marketing, and digital
advertising.
● Knowledge of SEO, online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.), and paid ad
strategies.
● Creative mindset with the ability to think of new ways to market products effectively.
● Strong attention to detail and ability to execute marketing plans efficiently.
