We are seeking a Senior SEO Specialist to lead our organic growth strategy and drive search engine visibility across all digital platforms. This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, creative, and well-versed in both the technical and content aspects of SEO. You will work closely with content creators, developers, and marketing teams to ensure our digital presence ranks high, reaches the right audience, and drives business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies for website and content optimization

Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis

Optimize on-page elements such as meta tags, headers, image alt-text, internal linking, and schema markup

Collaborate with content and development teams to implement SEO best practices

Perform technical SEO audits and work with developers to fix crawl issues, page speed, mobile usability, etc.

Build and manage backlink acquisition strategies through outreach & partnerships.

Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, etc.

Stay updated on algorithm updates, industry trends, and evolving best practices

Mentor junior SEO team members and support cross-functional training

️ Requirements:
3+ years of proven experience in SEO (both technical and content-focused)

Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors

Proficiency in SEO tools: Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.

Experience with content management systems (WordPress, Webflow, etc.)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset

Nice to Have:
Experience in local SEO and international SEO

Hands-on experience with A/B testing for SEO

Understanding of other digital marketing channels (PPC, social media, email)
