We are currently looking for a compassionate and skilled Staff Nurse (Homecare Nurse) to join our dynamic healthcare team. As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centred care in accordance with best practices and established protocols. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to patients, ensuring their comfort and safety.

• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by doctors.

• Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and overall patient condition.

• Assists patients by providing personal services, such as, bathing, dressing, and grooming

• To handle CBG Monitoring, IM Injection, IVF monitoring, Nebulization, O2 Monitoring & Connection, IM & IV Injection, Ryle's tube Insertion & feeding, Tracheostomy care, Colostomy Care, Critical care, BIPAP.

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams regarding treatment plans and care instructions.

• Assist in developing and updating individualized care plans for patients.

• Document all patient interactions, treatments, and observations accurately and in a timely manner.

• Ensure a clean, safe, and supportive environment for patients by following infection control and safety guidelines.

• Respond to patient emergencies and provide immediate care as needed.

• Participate in continuous learning opportunities to stay current with nursing practices.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. Nursing, GNM, ANM, DNA, Diploma Nursing.

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid nursing license.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a clinical or hospital setting preferred (new graduates are welcome to apply).

• Exhibits strong clinical skills

• Demonstrates excellent bedside manner

• Collaborates well with nurses, doctors, and administrators

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.

• Knowledge of medical procedures, equipment, and protocols.

• Proven experience working in a clinical setting
