Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced OT Incharge to oversee and manage the daily operations of the Operation Theatre. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in OT procedures, team coordination, and maintaining a sterile and efficient surgical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and manage all activities in the Operation Theatre.

2. Coordinate with surgeons, anesthetists, and nursing staff for smooth OT scheduling.

3. Ensure all surgical instruments and equipment are sterilized and in working condition.

4. Maintain records of OT procedures and inventory.

5. Monitor adherence to infection control protocols.

6. Oversee pre-operative and post-operative patient care within the OT.

7. Train and guide OT staff as needed.

8. Ensure timely availability of required consumables and surgical kits.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in OT.

2. Strong understanding of OT protocols and surgical procedures.

3. Good leadership and team management skills.

4. Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.

5. Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends if required. control and safety protocols.
