Monitor and record patient’s condition
Coordinate with doctors and internal/external staff

Home care Checking Pulse • BP • Respiration Rate • Temperature Our nursing attendants are experts in Supportive care, which includes: Bathing the patient • Grooming the patient • Taking patient for a walk • Giving medicine on time as prescribed by a doctor • Attending to patient’s toilet needs • Assisting in (Ryles ) tube feeding and Normal feeding • Assisting in walking, change of position and changing the diaper • Transferring patient from bed to wheelchair • We provide Mobilization with Nebulizer (if required) • We provide Oral medicine with patient request (If required,Our attendants can help with changing catheter bag and cleaning the catheter,Diaper change and cleaning the patients room. )
