Monitor and record patient’s condition
Coordinate with doctors and internal/external staff

• Assist orthopedic surgeons during surgeries by providing the required instruments and implants promptly.
• Prepare, sterilize, and organize surgical instruments and implants prior to procedures.
• Ensure compliance with OT (Operating Theatre) protocols and aseptic techniques.
• Maintain accurate inventory records of implants and instruments used during procedures.
• Collaborate with the surgical team to anticipate the needs of surgeons during operations.
• Troubleshoot and handle surgical instruments and equipment efficiently.
• Conduct post-surgical cleaning and arrangement of instruments and the operating room.
